Objectives: At the completion of the session, participants will be able to: • Describe strategies for measuring user preferences for prevention and treatment tools • Explain the goals and design of hybrid effectiveness implementation studies • Describe rationale and strategies for stopping trials early, as well as potential pitfalls and cautions Target Audience: This session is directed to investigators who are interested in unique clinical and epidemiologic trial design and interpretation Level of Knowledge: It is assumed that the participants are familiar with the basic design of randomized and observational clinical trials and epidemiologic studies.
