Intrinsic renal injury
• ATN (ischemic v. nephrotoxic) • Parenchymal infection (TB, CMV, fungus)
• Interstitial nephritis • Glomerular disease
Postrenal causes
• Tubular obstruction • Ureter/bladder obstruction
